Tower Construction is serving as Construction Manager on this 36,000 SF two-story state of the art country club.  The scope of work includes construction of the new facility as well as a new utility infrastructure and new full basement level.

After fire destroyed the existing club, great effort went into the design and planning of this new facility.  Tower Construction was instrumental during pre-construction with value engineering efforts that cut $1.2 million out of the original project cost with no compromise to finishes or the original design intent.  This was done by changing wood wrapped steel trusses to decorative wood trusses and through changes to the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems with the input from subcontractors procured and led by Tower Construction.

The exterior of the clubhouse is a beautiful combination of stacked limestone, cement fiber siding and James Hardie shake siding. There is a ground level concrete patio and second story patio that overlooks the Donald Ross designed golf course.

The interior of the clubhouse boasts high end Craftsman style finishes throughout with coffered ceilings, exposed timber trusses and red oak wainscoting.  There is a grand member only entrance with a two-story foyer featuring stained-glass window accents and a winding Craftsman style staircase.  The clubhouse is also well appointed with five custom bars and two full service commercial kitchens.

Construction of the new clubhouse began July 1, 2019.  Construction came to an abrupt halt on March 23rd due to the COVID-19 mandatory state Stay at Home Order.  Construction was authorized to re-start on May 7th.  Tower Construction was prepared and back to work that very day.  Construction is scheduled to be completed in just fourteen months including the seven week shut down delay.
